Proposition

Shall Ordinance No. 2475 adopted the 21st day of November, 2005, which amends ordinance No. 2018 of the city and extends the current levy of the existing 2% sales tax under ordinance 2018 on the gross receipts or proceeds on certain sales as therein defined for a term ending June 20, 2022; defines terms; prescribes procedures, remedies, lien and fixes penalties; and fixes effective date and termination date be approved?
For the proposition - yes 0 0%
Against the proposition - no 0 0%
The above results are from the part of Sapulpa located in Tulsa county.  According to the Sapulpa Daily Herald, the proposition passed 827 to 356, with both Creek and Tulsa county votes.

Collinsville Public Schools Independent School District Number 6


Proposition

Shall Independent School District No. 6 of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Tem Thousand Dollars ($5,510,000) to provide funds to be issued in series for the purpose of constructing, equipping and remodeling school buildings, acquiring school furniture, fixtures and equipment and acquiring and improving school sites, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such District sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten per cent (10%) per year, payable semi-annually and to become due serially within ten (10) years from their date?
For the proposition - yes 877 87.7% Passed
Against the proposition - no 123 12.3%

Shall Independent School District No. 9 of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($13,555,000) to provide funds for the purpose of constructing, equipping, repairing and remodeling school buildings, acquiring school furniture,, fixtures and equipment and aquiring and improving school sites, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such District sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten per cent (10%) per year, payable semi-annually and to become due serially within five (5) years from their date?
For the proposition - yes 2,098 76.37% Passed
Against the proposition - no 649 23.63%

Proposition 2

Shall Independent School District No. 9 of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($1,645,000) to provide funds for the purpose of puchasing transportation equipment and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such District sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest at not to exceed the rate of ten per cent (10%) per year, payable semi-annually and to become due serially within five (5) years from their date?
For the proposition - yes 2,090 76.31% Passed
Against the proposition - no 649 23.69%
