AS INTRODUCED

An Act relating to the Oklahoma Homeland Security Act; amending Section 1, Chapter 157, O.S.L. 2004 (74 O.S. Supp. 2004, Section 51), which relates to the short title; clarifying statutory reference; clarifying language; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 2. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 157, O.S.L. 2004 (74 O.S. Supp. 2004, Section 51), is amended to read as follows:

Section 51. Sections 1 through 4 51 et seq. of this act title shall be known as and may be cited as the “Oklahoma Homeland Security Act”.

SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
